Subject: Agenda for Thursday Safe Takoma meeting

Hello all,

	Here's an agenda for this afternoon's Safe Takoma meeting, 4 pm at
the Takoma Park Maryland Community Center, 7500 Maple Avenue in the
Hydrangea Room located on the main level of the building.  We'll aim to
keep this to one hour.

	Our goal is to agree on an action plan that will allow the program
to start operating.  The agenda --

- Reintroductions & agenda
- Safe Takoma organizational update
- Funding status
- Program staffing & recruiting
- Critical steps to begin operations
- Other topics and concerns
- Action plan

	We're expecting the following will attend -- but if there are
others you wish to bring, that's fine --
